Our Home announced on the 2nd that it will hold a discount event for “Kusibanga Green Leaf Kimchi” at its online mall Our Home Mall.
Our Home Gujibanga Green Leaf Kimchi won the Grand Prix in the convenience food innovation category at the global food fair “Sial Paris 2024” in October. It was highly evaluated in terms of resource virtuous cycle, material originality, taste quality, and nutrition, and was the only Korean company to be selected as the best innovative product.
Since then, green leaf kimchi has received high attention from consumers. In fact, sales of green leaf kimchi increased 62% in the month after winning the Grand Prix compared to the previous month’s sales. Our Home analyzes that winning the Grand Prix and increasing demand for finished kimchi products due to rising costs of kimchi ingredients have affected the increase in sales.
Gujibanga Green Leaf Kimchi is a food-upcycling handmade kimchi that recreates green leaves, which have been limitedly used due to their strong texture and bitter taste in the manufacturing process of cabbage kimchi, with original ideas and differentiated manufacturing methods.
Our Home organized a Gujibanga Green Leaf Kimchi discount event to promote eco-friendly values and provide high-quality kimchi recognized at the world’s largest food fair at a reasonable price.
Until the 15th, Our Home Mall will offer a 42% discount on green leaf kimchi from Gujiban and guarantee the lowest online price. It will also hold a ‘Kimchi Awards’ event during the same period. Through the Kimchi Awards, Gujibanga Galchi Kimchi, Our Home Pogi Kimchi, and Chonggak Kimchi will be sold at up to 54% discounted prices.
We also prepared a comment event. 50 people who answered correctly will be given hairtail kimchi as a gift if they leave a comment in anticipation of the No. 1 Our Home Kimchi product (based on sales volume) that received the most love at Our Home Mall this year.
